Terms & Conditions of Hire
The Customer
The Customer is the person making the booking and who is solely
responsible for said booking
The Booking Price
The Booking Price is the price quoted once a route and all
requirements have been established between Dub Tails and the
Customer. Our price will always be quoted as an all inclusive
price and is the price you will pay, therefore no VAT or hidden
charges will be added at a later date.
Maintenance
Whilst every effort is afforded to maintain the serviceability
of the vehicles, due to their age responsibility cannot be
accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown
whatsoever. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made
for the immediate repair to the vehicle so that the journey
can continue, or the Customer(s) will be transferred to another
vehicle(s) so that the journey can continue. Any reasonable
extra cost incurred will be paid by Dub Tails or a refund
given.
In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle prior
to the date of the booking, every effort will be made to supply
an alternative vehicle(s) at Dub Tails discretion. If this
is not acceptable to the Customer a refund will be made.
In the event of breakdown or accident, no responsibility will
be accepted for missed connections and/or functions howsoever
caused.
Responsibility
Dub Tails can not accept responsibility for adverse weather
conditions, or acts by other persons or organisations which
may impact adversely on the hire period.
Booking & Transport Refusal
Dub Tails reserve the right to refuse a booking. Dub
Tails also reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle
or to any person(s) they deem unfit for whatsoever reason,
and can refuse to continue the journey if any person(s) behave
in a manner which may be detrimental to any other person or
the vehicle(s) and its contents. In this event, no refund
will be given.
Damage by Customers
Customers must note that they are liable for any damage caused
inside and outside the vehicle(s) by either themselves or
any other member of their party. The Customer will agree to
be liable for the total retail cost of the repair and Dub
Tails will determine the location of the repair. Dub Tails
will also impose a £100.00 valeting charge if the vehicle(s)
are misused through food, drink or illness.
Loss of Belongings
Dub Tails will not accept any liability for any belongings
lost by the Customer or any of their party whilst using its
services.
Photographs
Dub Tails will take photographs at your event, and we may
use them on our web site or for other promotional material.
If you do not wish your photos to be used, please advise us
at the time of booking.
No Smoking Policy
We operate a strict no smoking policy in all of our vehicles.
General
Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the client
understands and accepts the above terms and conditions as
set out by Dub Tails, and the payment of the deposit signifies
such acceptance.
By making a booking, the Customer has entered into a binding
contract with Dub Tails.
Dub Tails reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change,
modify, add or remove any portion of these terms in whole or
in part, at any time. Changes to the terms will be effective
when notice of such changes is posted.
